ON SUFFERING

“And He said to them, “O thoughtless ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Was it not necessary for the Messiah to suffer these and to enter into His esteem?” Luke 24:25-26

Why does a loving Elohim allow suffering in the world? The question which turns many away from faith and love towards the very One that made them.

Don’t ever assume your suffering is not for a purpose in your own life. You are not yet dead; therefore, He is not yet done in your life. The thing that now seems impossible has the potential for your own growth in it. A seed must die before the plant emerges. Surrender every suffering to Him and watch how He works it for your growth, so that you may live in His Son. Messiah Yahusha was allowed to suffer, and if you walk as He walked, then so will you be. Grow from it. Search for meaning. He will provide it exceedingly and abundantly more than you ever expected, and it will bless you and others.
