“Do not love the world nor that which is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” 1 John 2:15
At times people will have expectations that come as a result of walking in wickedness. Our walk will seem so absurd to them they may respond in ways that cause us to react. We must not react. Our expectations include the knowledge of how the world will respond to our walk. Yahusha told us that in the same way they persecuted Him, they would persecute us. Should it then surprise us when they use words against us? At times the pain they cause is incredibly deep, even though invisible to most. Rain falls on the just and the unjust, bringing blessings from Yahuah for all. In a similar way we must depend on the Ruach so that our actions bring a blessing in the life of the one hurting us.
