“It is the Spirit that gives life, the flesh does not profit at all. The words that I speak to you are Spirit and are life.” John 6:63
We can cycle through sometimes predictable, difficult moments. Situations that once felt easy to carry suddenly feel unbearably heavy. We need to stop, sit, and just breathe at times until some of the pain passes and we can get back up and keep going. However, we must always remember that the physical does not dictate the spiritual. Rather than allowing natural situations to rule our spirit and affect our obedience to the Father, we can choose to live in the rest of full dependence on the Ruach because He will provide what we need so that we can still worship through the pain.
